You can submit your study plan by making a note in Osiris that is visible to your supervisor.
First, go to Osiris Student and consult the notes menu:
By clicking the plus at the bottom right of the screen you can submit a new note:
This will redirect you to the following screen:
Here you can select your supervisor to share your study plan with. After this choice you will be re-directed to the following screen:
In the note field you provide an explanation of your study plan (required). You can add your study plan with the browse button (select a file). Once you have done this, press the 'send note' button. The note with the attached study plan has been sent to the study advisor.
Once your study advisor has assessed you study plan, the study advisor will send the note back to you with an attached comment. You will then receive an email about this on your Hanze email account. In the student module in the notes you can find the response under notes by clicking on the note that you have sent.
If an adjustment is needed to your study plan, you can upload the adjusted study plan via the add attachment button and add a response. The note will then be sent back to your study advisor. This way you can communicate with your study advisor about your study plan.
