If you have almost finished your exam programme, a graduation request will be started automatically. You will also receive a notification from this via email. After the request has been started, you need to assess and process it, so the request can be forwarded to the exam committee for further assessment.
The graduation request is only used for students from the schools SIBS and SAVK. Students from other schools do not have to assess and process a graduation request.
After your graduation request has been started, you will see it on the home page of Osiris Student:
By clicking on it, the following page will open. Click the arrow at the bottom to further assess the request:
This will lead you to a screen with your personal details with the request to assess these. If they are correct, click 'yes':
In case your personal details are incorrect, please click 'no'. This will lead you to a page in which you are requested to send an email to the student desk about your incorrect details. Otherwise you can finish your graduation request as is described in these instructions.
A screen opens in which you can add an explanation to your request. It is also possible to leave this empty. Click the arrow at the bottom to proceed:
This will lead you to a screen in which you can assess the graduation request, and if everything is correct, you can confirm the request. It is also possible to edit some of your answers here:
After you have confirmed the request, you can access it in the progress screen of Osiris Student. The request will then have the status 'submitted'. When the exam committee assesses your request and changes the status, you will also see that here. Additionally, you will receive an email when the status of your graduation request changes.
