How to fill in a LEARNING AGREEMENT in Osiris student?
Note: If you intend to apply for an Erasmus+ Grant, you can do so immediately after submitting your Learning Agreement.
Go to Osiris Student.
Click 'Stay abroad requests'.
At the top, click on the tab labelled 'Learning agreements'.
To add a new Learning Agreement, click the button with the plus symbol. The button can be found at the bottom of the screen, in the middle:
In the Learning Agreement screen you will see the institution hosting the stay abroad.
Click the arrow button to continue.
The start date and end date of the stay abroad are filled in by default. These can be changed. Don't forget to choose the correct start and end dates.
The actual start and end dates:
• The start date of your study period is the first day on which you have to be present at the partner institution for an introductory activity, courses or language course.
• The end date of your study period is not the date on which the semester ends, but (your best estimate of) your last mandatory activity abroad, such as the end of the regular examination period.
After you provide the correct start and end dates, continue by clicking the arrow.
Here, fill in the language and the level of language competence.
Click the arrow for the next screen.
The next screen shows the components that can be activated for a stay abroad.
One or more components must be selected to continue filling in the Learning Agreement.
The next screen shows the programmes of the institution abroad.
Select the components. If no programmes are shown, fill in the components yourself by clicking ADD COMPONENT.
Click ADD after filling in a component; this can be done repeatedly.
Click the arrow to continue to the next screen.
Fill in the information on the contact person at the institution abroad.
Click the arrow to continue to the next screen.
Here, a Learning Agreement can be saved or submitted.
