What to do if a Learning Agreement is rejected?
If the degree programme or institution abroad rejects your Learning Agreement, you will receive an email with the reason for the rejection.
Go to Osiris Student and click on 'Stay abroad requests' in the menu on the left.
Click on the 'Learning agreement' tab at the top. The reason for the rejection is displayed there.
Click on the LEARNING AGREEMENT.
On the right, in the details screen, changes can be made by clicking EDIT.
Click EDIT.
Return to the LEARNING AGREEMENT screen and use the Arrows to go through the screens until you reach the component to be changed.
Click EDIT to enter the screen and make a change.
Select the missing component and continue by clicking the arrow at the bottom right.
After you have made all changes, go through the screens until you reach the save/submit buttons. Click submit to submit the changes.
